HAND Launches Enterprise AI Suite and Expands Global Collaborations at 2025 User Conference

On March 21, 2025, HAND’s headquarters in Xi’an, China, hosted its annual User Conference under the theme “Empowering with AI, Accelerating Transformation.” The event brought together over 2,000 in-person attendees and 116,000 online participants, spotlighting advancements in enterprise AI, digital platforms, and cross-border partnerships.

A key highlight was the official launch of HAND’s B2B AI product and service suite, “DE·LING”, designed to help enterprises move from digital foundations to intelligent operations. The suite includes:

• LINGYuan: AI platform tools (e.g. ChatBI, AI orchestration, low-code/zero-code DevOps, and H-Copilot)

• LINGShou: pre-built intelligent agents across finance, supply chain, manufacturing, etc.

• LINGRui: domain-specific vertical models and enterprise-grade AI infrastructure

• LINGCe: technical consulting, training, and custom AI solution development

As part of HAND’s global vision, HAND Europe is actively exploring how these technologies can support European enterprises in accelerating their intelligent transformation, especially under growing AI adoption and compliance requirements.

The conference also featured strategic cooperation signings with several international and industry-leading organizations. Among them, Oracle (including Oracle NetSuite) renewed a long-term partnership to drive intelligent upgrades through integrated cloud ERP and embedded AI services.
